The trip fee is £850. This fee covers accommodation, meals, University travel insurance and scheduled activities. There will be an additional charge to join the group flight. This flight cost varies by destination; for more information please email firstname.lastname@example.org. The trip fee does not cover transportation to/from the UK airport, visa costs (as required), personal items, spending money or optional activities.
In order to complete your application, you will need to attend a meeting with a member of the Overseas team. These informal chats will allow us to tell you more about the trip and answer any questions that you may have. Meeting times will be sent to you after you have completed this form.
A deposit payment of £200 is due before your place on the trip will be confirmed. 50% of the outstanding balance must be paid by Friday Week 10 of the Lent term and the full trip payment is due by Friday Week 8 of the Summer term.
